Cindy Dellegrazio received a degree in Social Work and Psychology from Carroll University. In 1995 she and her husband Phil founded ATR due to their passion for assisting individuals with varying abilities reach their full potential. Cindy’s focus was in Human Resources and Vendor Relations. After transitioning from ownership of ATR, she continues to assist ATR by performing payroll duties.
